The Experience
Your experience is as important to me as the photos we create together.
It’s important that we have a friendly and candid working relationship because connection and comfort create the good stuff, and because I care. I didn’t get into photographing weddings because I love business. I got into it because I love photography, celebrating people, and new experiences.
I provide a stress free and judgement free shooting environment where you feel encouraged to be yourselves, and that’s how we get photographs that are a more authentic and true representation of your relationship.
Anyone can look at a photo of themselves and say “Yep, that’s what we look like…” but I want you to say “Yep! That’s US!”

My Style
is moment driven, candid, light hearted, and fun, but I do love a creative composition and a dramatic pose when the moment calls for it.
It’s influenced by nature, adventure, real moments, and you and your relationship.
Your own style and how you interact with each other helps direct the shoot in an organic way. I shoot how the scene feels, with a concentration on accurate skin tones, earthy yet bright true to life colours, and incorporating the landscape. I edit each individual photo I deliver, and quality is important to me.
I focus on candid moments and interesting light and compositions. A look at my portfolios and Instagram will give you a great idea of how I shoot and edit!
“We’re so awkward!”
Everyone says this, and honestly I say this about myself too. Most people are nervous to have their photo taken and I totally get that! This is also why the engagement shoot is important and included as complimentary with wedding packages.
By the time the shoot is done you’ll be thinking about how much more fun and easy it was than you thought it would be, and when the wedding day comes around, you won’t give a flip about what I’m doing.
I can guide you through the whole session and through your wedding day or family photos with as much or little direction as you need.
I avoid the stiff poses and concentrate on movement, playful moments, and connection. To capture these I give you prompts or encourage natural reactions and interactions. One thing you won’t ever get from me is awkward silence!
What happens now?
1 ) You shoot me a message via the contact form linked above, tell me some of your details and I see if I’m available.
2) We meet at my studio or via a video chat to discuss your wedding day and answer any questions.
3) You decide if we’re a good fit, and if so you send over the retainer, and we sign the contract to secure your date.
4) Our journey begins! The engagement shoot comes next, but we can talk about that later…
